Coachly is run by Dhananjay Panage, a full-time software engineer with 3+ years building production systems — modern backends in Python and FastAPI, React/Next.js frontends, and agentic AI pipelines (LangGraph, RAG, vector search) running on AWS.
As the senior-most backend engineer on small teams, I’ve owned architecture, database design, deployment, and code review end-to-end — including building a multi-agent research engine, designing event-driven systems with zero critical production incidents over a 22-month tenure, and cutting real API latency from ~1s to 200–300ms by profiling and rethinking queries.
Alongside building software, I’ve spent years teaching people to program — helping them go from “I’m not sure I can do this” to “I can actually build things.” Coachly now focuses on one group: experienced data, BI and business analysts. You already know the data and the business better than any AI tool; I help you put AI to work on top of that experience, before your company asks you to.
